Firstwarehouse (UK) Limited was formed in May 2009 by a dedicated team of experienced professionals. Coming from various backgrounds, such as courier, warehousing and financial. Our aim is to provide a complete collection and delivery service, cost effectively & efficiently, which enables our clients to focus and concentrate on obtaining and fulfilling contracts rather than worrying about the logistics.

Our Approach
Based on our experience, we will ensure that your needs as indicated above will be delivered to the best of our ability and to your satisfaction. We will work closely with you and ensure our drivers could be contacted at all times when on duty with your organisation.

Implementation
We have designed our proposal assuming that we will start work immediately. As discussed we are strategically located and can access your site and surrounding location very easily and quickly.

Transport.
Our vehicles are all fitted with Tatcham cat 1 state of the art immobilizer and alarm systems, and our carrying payload is from 1235kg to 44 ton. All our vehicles also comply with the new emission laws, which came in effect from February 2008, (Euro 4 emission fitted).All our vehicles are also fitted with RAM Tracking devices(24 hour real time tracking)

Insurances
All our vehicles are insured with Goods in Transit and to carry goods up to a value of ₤100,000.00. Our company is fully covered with Employers and Product/Public Liability. Copies could be obtained at request.

Health and Safety
To abide with government legislation on Health and Safety and Environmental policy, we have put in place all the various policies regarding the above. Copies could be obtained at request

Rates Schedule
In calculating our rates, we have taken into account our time, experience, skill and effort. We have set our prices in accordance with market dynamics and have taken into account feedback from other clients. Whilst we are aware that there are competitors who claim to offer the same products at a lower cost, we believe that our prices represent excellent value for money.
